Welcome to The Salty Vegan Pantry – a list of the plant-based staples you would come across if you were to somehow stumble into my kitchen! These are the main ingredients I have come to rely upon most over the past several years and so having some (or all) of these in your cupboards at home should enable you to whip up some pretty good meals and sweet treats – and try your hand at my recipes of course!
